Cross-country skiing and more

Kohlroserl is a 6-bed detached chalet in Ramsau near Schladming, Austria.

It is available for hire exclusively or, you can share with others on an activity break or just stay here self-catering  and do your own thing.

There  is plenty to do in the area in winter: downhill skiing, cross-country, snow-boarding, winter mountaineering, snow-shoeing and walking .

In the summer there is climbing , via-feratta, walking, swimming, cycling, sailing, or just spending time in the fresh alpine air.

There is a good bus service which links Kohroserl to Schladming and the Dachstein glacier.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, toaster, coffee machine ,washing machine, tumble drier. There is a tv and dvd player and a selection of  films, cartoons and music cds.

The bathroom has a shower and small bath and a hair dryer.

There is a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, a second bedroom with bunk-beds and storage cupboard, and comfortable inflatable bed in the living room.

There are electric heaters in all the rooms and a wood burner in the cellar which heats the house by means of hot air ducts.

The  house enjoys a sunny south-facing position with great views all round.
